2008 RHHC Meetings
November 24 (2007) - Maynooth Rec Hall
Purpose: Annual General Meeting and Potluck Supper
This meeting was very well attended with lots of great activities - a fantastic meal put on by Mr. Etmanski
of the Birds Creek Cafe - a slideshow of all of our GREAT Rocky Hills event, put to music (which was also for
sale to raise funds for the club, and later sold out!) and of course, the meeting where everyone discussed the
year 2007, what our plans are for 2008, and then, the executive elections were held. All in all, a GREAT TIME.
Here's looking forward to another great year for Rocky Hills Horse Club in 2008!
Feb 5 - Freymond Lumber
Purpose: Board Meeting to get organized for the upcoming Newsletter, current affairs, etc.
Alot of work was done on the Show Manual - a very important document which will make it easy for
Show Committees to run shows in a very organized fashion, where all jobs have a delegated 'official'
and things
should run much more smoothly. Also, memberships were reviewed, as well as the treasurers' report.

March 5 - Freymond Lumber
Purpose: Board Meeting to discuss Board business, Upcoming events, and our Show Manual
A very productive meeting was held after stuffing the envelopes for our first 2008 Newsletter. Everything
from the show manual, events calendar, the details for our Team Penning Event, committee members were
enlisted, and all sorts of great club organization took place. It was a snowy day but the meeting was WELL attended.
