Carla Vanbalenwalter & Maryanne Bertrand will
spend some time passing on their knowledge of
these two fun and interesting topics. Carla will share
her knowledge of the basics of trick training for horses.
Then, Maryanne Bertrand, a Clinton Anderson devotee,
will take some time to introduce his concepts. If you would
like to bring your horse along for the Clinton Anderson section,
Contact Sandy Cole for arrangements. And of course, auditors are
welcome for both clinics. Special thanks to Evelyn Harris of
Grandview Ranch for use of the great INDOOR ARENA facilities!

DANNY FOSTER CLINIC

A Legend in Canadian Show Jumping history, Mr. Foster
will be conducting FOUR LESSONS over the day for all
levels of English Rider. Sign up for classes in flatwork &
fence work, small sessions with 4 riders per 1 - 1.5 hr lesson.
Danny rode on the Canadian Show Jumping Team,
winning individual Gold & lead his team to a Silver Medal
at the 1991 Pan American Games in Havana, Cuba. Chair
of the Selection Committee and Chef d'Equipe (coach) for
the Canadian Show Jumping Team at the WEG (2002 World
Equestrian Games) and the 2003 Pan American Games. Danny
brought home another Gold in 2004 at the Palm Beach Samsung
Nations Cup of America & Bronze at the Spruce Meadows Masters.

A Certified Level III Coach, Danny has over 30 years experience training
top athletes competing in the disciplines of show jumping and three
day eventing. He is also a well-known buyer, trainer and producer
of quality horses, many of whom have gone on to enjoy successful careers.


As a course designer, Danny designs courses at many of North
America's top show jumping events. Best of all - Mr. Foster is a relaxed,
soft spoken coach who brings out the best in his students, and we know
you'll love his style. Now is your chance to enjoy a world class coach &
clinician in a relaxed environment, sign up early for this golden opportunity!

Darren Bilyea is quickly rising through the ranks
of the Ontario Reining Horse Association, riding the
stallion "Ruff up My Chex" and other fine horses
under his guidance at both ORHA & NRHA shows.
Here is a short list of his accomplishments -

- 2007 NRHA Rookie Professional 
(TOP TEN 3RD place in world)
- 2007 AQHA World Show Qualifier
- 2006 AQHA High Point Champion Limited Open
(Reining/Working Cowhorse)
- Multiple ORHA Championships

He has graciously offered to come north from his
home near London Ontario to do this clinic and

Clinics will cover the basics of a reining pattern, and
elements of the highly popular Working Cowhorse Event.

and loves to pass on her experience to newcomers to the sport.
Andrea will teach a clinic in the morning to a maximum of
30 riders/participants, broken into groupsof up to fifteen,
based on their experience level. Some of our Clinic Topics
will include problem solving, plus running a clean pattern,
with a concentration on barrels & poles - Followed by a

we can really get a feel for the fun and excitement of a frisky herd!
With more cows at our disposal, we'll be able to run a proper penning
practice after the clinic, with numbered cows and plenty of practice runs.
